03 — experience

I haven't been paid much yet. I have still done the work.

A couple of real work-experience days, a fundraising season with Scouts, and an ongoing personal project that behaves a lot more like a job than a hobby.

Featured project

Community server shop

Placeholder: a small storefront where members of the community buy in-game ranks and items. I designed it, built it, wrote the copy, and I'm the person who gets messaged when something doesn't work.

  • Designed and built the storefront pages from scratch
  • Set up product listings, pricing and packages
  • Handled customer questions and order problems
  • Kept the site online and fixed things when they broke
  • Learned to read feedback and change what wasn't working

Ongoing

Minecraft server shop — builder & maintainer

Placeholder: I built a small online storefront for a Minecraft community and still run it. It handles real orders from real people, which means real complaints, real deadlines and real fixes at inconvenient times.

August 2026

Opal HealthCare — Runner (work experience)

Two days on location with the Media Communication team, supporting the filming of new adverts. I helped with odd jobs around the set and organised catering for the crew.

2025–2026

Scouts – Belrose 1st

Sold Christmas trees to customers, took payments and helped load trees for people. I also sold raffle tickets in the local shopping centre, which meant talking to strangers and handling money.
