02 — skills

What I can bring to a team.

No paid experience yet, so here's the honest version: the habits and abilities I already have, and where I'm still learning.

Public speaking

I'm confident in front of a crowd and comfortable thinking on my feet. I've competed in public speaking and know how to keep an audience engaged.

Customer service

Friendly, approachable and good at reading people. Whether it's a customer at a counter or a guest at an event, I try to make them feel heard.

Drama & performance

I've been part of the Season of Performing Arts in Drama for two years. It taught me timing, presence and how to work with a cast or crew.

Music — Grade 4 Saxophone

Completed Grade 4 Saxophone. Years of practice and performances have taught me discipline, patience and how to handle nerves.

Leadership

Vice-Captain at my primary school. That meant organising other students, representing the school and being someone younger kids could look up to.

Competition experience

Finalist in the Young Communicators Speaking Competition, and invited to speak at the Rotary Junior Public Speaking Competition in May 2026.
